On the farm We have a large lawn perfect for ball games and other outdoor activities. A trampoline is also at our guests' disposal. We also have some animals: a cat, pigs, chickens and horses on pasture. Trampoline Walking trips All cabins are close to the wood and makes a great starting point for walking trips. You may wander undisturbed in beautiful nature to places with magnificent view and ponds where you can take a swim. You may pick berries and mushroom right outside the cabins. If you choose to walk outside the paths, the terrain can be bli rough and exciting. Area view Boats/canoe 1 boat, 2 canoes and 1 kayak can be rented at the farm. The river Fishing There are excellent fishing possibilities in both the rivers Glomma and Rømua. You may catch pike-perch, pike, perch, burbot, grayling and trout. Our guests fish for free in the rivers. Fishing with worm is common, but you may get good results both with fly and lure. Most fishing is done from the shore, but trolling for pike from boat can give good catch. Mountain climbing Our climbing routes are developed by experienced climbers and are described as good, with different difficulty. We do no rent out climbing gear, so you have to bring your own. Our guests may use the climbing routes for free. Villmarksleiren We have a cooperation with Villmarksleiren nature camp. Road description from Oslo Drive motorway E6 north from Oslo (towards Trondheim). After approximately 25 kilometers, turn right at Gronvold intersection towards Sorumsand, road 171. Stay on this road for 10 kilometers, through Lorenfallet. Turn right towards Sorum Church (Bingenveien). 400 meters after you have passed the church, turn right on Hammerenveien, a small road marked as a dead end. Stay on this road for about 2.5 kilometers. You will drive over a bridge with a small river below. Turn right at the first possibility after the bridge, up the hill, and you are there. Please register in the main house on the farm.
